Australia Agricultural Company Limited (AACO) is an example of organization which is trying to cope with challenges faced by its employees. AACo was formed in 1824 as a land development firm in Port Stephenes a colony of New South Wales. It is the global leading beef and agricultural produce firm. Many companies fail to recruit talent and most educated people, as they dodge huge salary payments. With lack of managerial structure, AACo staff will not be able to carry out its mandatory duties effectively. To be able to cope with this uncertainties organizations needs staff motivation. Companies are losing billions of money various issues arising from lack proper working tools and poor place of work. That is why AACo managers are providing a friendly environment for its workers. Knowing how devastating an uprising from within a staff group may cause, AACo have a proper, well govern leadership structure. Purpose It is important to underscore that this study investigates management of AACo Company. Scope The study examines the impact of management to employees of Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AACo). Organization This is where organization communicate effectively with employees. A type of leadership style used vary from one company to another, depending on how large it is (Harper, 2015). According to Harper (2015) Blake developed managerial grid theory has helped in the view of assessing the approaches and leadership style of a manager in an organization. Blake explicitly did this with the intent of establishing leadership style and how it may greatly impact to the motivation of the employees in an organization (Griffin, 2014). It is important to underscore that an organization comprises of different stakeholders who do play major role in the day to day activities of the firm. Therefore, AACo view this as an important aspect for its leadership by harnesses good cordial relationship with its staff in the view of making everything within the organization work in unison. From different researches that have been conducted, it is evident that dictatorial leadership make the employees to be cold. T his may at time hinder the functionality of the firm since the employees may be conditioned by the autocratic move in order to deliver their services. Tasked done when employees have been forced to accomplish will definitely not produce the desired output. Griffin Moorhead (2014) alludes that the organization needs to take keen consideration when selecting and employing managers because that position is very crucial in an organization. AACo select sober minded people who would make the business realize its core objective through the mechanism they are putting in place. Managers are very important in an organization, they control all the transactions. They should carefully be selected by verifying their academic qualifications and working experience. AACo fight against corruption when recruiting staffs. Managers are required to respect and built a work relationship which will make workers feel appreciated. A proper chain of leadership is followed on AACo to convey massage to its staff. A message is conveyed by subordinate is delivered to the respective authorities without being corrupted or manipulated in anyway (McNeil, 2015). This has increase their trust on the managerial authorities. Notably, this type of leaders or managers expect to get those employees who are very determined and able to abide by the stipulated regulations for coherence in the workplace. More emphasis are made to make sure professionalism standards are adhered to while recruiting managers (Griffin, 2014). Adjustment period are given for new managers to familiarize with the environment. This usually improve their self-esteem. Clear communication has reduced chances of anarchy. The upper managerial team are taking managers opinion before implementing policies. These poli cies and rules are made known to all AACo staff to avoid violation of set rules unknowingly. Environment A place of work and its surrounding have a significant influence on how those subjected to it behave. Strike are being seen from different companies due to poor unhealthy place of work. Lack of proper tools, being forced to use those blunt broken and poor serviced machines, demoralized most employees. That is why Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AACo) has embraced interaction environment at all times. It also encompasses other elements such as treatment, attitudes, rapport, regulations and rules(Morrison, 2015). Furthermore, managerial team offers a warm environment and by providing their services wholeheartedly. In this respect, managers are required to embrace approaches that would make them and their employees work in tandem and as such the firm would be on a better position to realize its objectives (Fulmer, 2016). This is the conventional phenomenon that is universally known. That is, if a manager allows the employees to operate without pressure, the productivity of the firm would increase (Clegg, 2015). Notably, most of the people or employees prefer to be affiliated to the AACo, because it provide serene and warm working environment. It is important for the mangers or leaders of an organization to be assessing their style of leadership in the view of adopting one that is very accommodative and rational so as to integrate all the concerned parties in an organization(Hopkin, 2014). Environment where workers are performing their duties is expected to be human friendly. Moreover, dirty dumpy places are not conducive to anyone. When staff are exposed to harsh unhealthy places, they will definitely fall sick, leading to duty absenteeism. Companies losses millions of money replacing new staff due to absenteeism. Safety gears are worn by AACo employees to prevent inhaling dust and harmful particles (Harper, 2015). Similarly, the company has adopted better policies that would see to it that all the employees within the organization enjoy the environment (Clegg, 2015). On the same breathe, it ought to take some drastic measures on appropriate training of its staff on the importance of observing safety in the workplace. Educating the staff is very crucial as the employees would know the reason behind the safety regulations since they are aimed at protecting them from any eminent risk in the company. Apart from that it is also pertinent to conduct training as this puts t he employees at a better ground to apply effectively what they are taught. Approaches Psychological approach may be introduced to an individual. Gift are good example of how people can be motivated. Singh (2014) alludes that motivation may play a very significant role to the growth of the company. Motivation of employees lies under the psychological approach. AACo managers adopt the use of motivation in two ways. One, is through giving out incentives when they exudes signs of well performing individual (Miner, 2015). Secondly, the managers decides to use positive remarks as well as promoting the concerned member who has really performed well in the organization. Generally, motivation reinforces the spirit of an employee to continue working smart in the company. Similarly, maintaining order as managerial strive to bond relationship (Shaik, 2016). Barred from traditional cultural beliefs and changes in the environment may experience a strong opposition from people who are used to practicing it. Although change is hard it is inevitable in any institution(Subramanian, 201 5). Conclusively, how staff are handled, should be taken seriously because it is very challenging to understand human complexity (Shibin, 2016). Building a good working relationship will lead to greater performance and ideal outcome. Employees Problems Morrison (2015) observes that with the rise in population, products demand is high, leading to more workers being employed. Effective communication is paramount in daily activities at AACo. This has helped the company to run activities as scheduled. The managers are communicating effectively in order for the message channeled from their office to reach all the employees(Shibin, 2016). This has reduced instances of entropy in the firm and increase the productivity for the company (Le, 2015). Motivation Miner (2015) asserts that people who are always motivated do have strong emotional attachment with a company. It is hard for them to leave that particular job, even if it does not pay that much. Motivations can be attained in different ways. AACo management motivates its staff by giving out rewards after a successful completion of a given task. Many people change jobs and look for greener pasture because of lack of rewards (Expra, 2016). For instance, annual insurance medical care cover paid by employers will definitely attract new applicants and also maintain its existing workers. Some companies are doing well by providing annual leave for a period of days off from work to their employees. Schlegelmilch, (2016) asserts that a good leader is the one who inspires, motivates and lead by example. Traditional way of governance is unpopular with modern generation, if used it will cause havoc. Companies cannot fully benefit from employees whose effort seems unacknowledged. Training AACo has invested heavy on training. Furthermore first aid training is a mandatory procedure after recruitment. With the worlds dynamic technological changes, AACo managers are constantly receiving managerial training. Technology requires regular knowledge and skills update to cope with new innovations. According to Cucchiara (2016) induction before commencing on a task must be adhered to. Probation time is very useful for the candidate to master most of the concept and procedures involved in a new set up. Dispute Resolution No company can discredit the fact that it faces problems almost daily. What made AACo to succeed is the approach at which they use to cope with conflict both from individual or groups. Challenges are there to make the firm identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to expunge their weaknesses and build on their strengths (Burke, 2015). Most of the notable companies in the world have undergone multifaceted challenges (Subramanian, 2015). It is due to this issues that AACo decides to develop some workable and long lasting solutions in order to counter minor issues in the organization (Chawla, 2013). Summarily, AACo identify some of the underlying factors that may work against it in case of prevalent risks. It is in this point of view that they embrace risk aversion. Conclusion Cultural beliefs is a sensitive matter which is view differently by most people. Any issue being solved based on someones beliefs needs professionalism when tackling it. It is advisable to research on the best method to be employed so as to avoid any negative reaction, from individual or a sect group of people. Prediction pattern are drawn to foretell the future adversaries and plan on mechanism to prevent it. Hierarchical structure of leadership must be respected to attain a maximum positive control. Emphasis must be put on managers to think logically and freely solve problems by making their own decision. Limited resources tend to affect how employees view each other.
